SURIGAO City––Tough-talking Davao City Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte led all other presidential aspirants in a random survey conducted by a local radio station Friday. Duterte filed his certificate of candidacy Friday as the standard-bearer of the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino Lakas ng Bayan at the Commission on Elections’ law department. CAGAYAN de Oro City--Trees grown under the Agus 2-Kibawe 138kV are still giving the grid operator, the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP), a headache. This after the 16-month negotiation between the landowner, Mr. Balao Pundag, and the grid operator still did not materialize. Pundag has refused to allow the NGCP entry to his property.
