Pagasa: 2 more typhoons to enter PH this month

THE Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) has monitored another weather disturbance forming in the Pacific Ocean. “We are seeing another weather disturbance in the Pacific Ocean, but it is possible that it may dissipate,” PAGASA Weather Forecaster Jori Loiz said in a press conference Monday at the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) office in Quezon City. He said the analysis for the weather disturbance might be finished by this week, adding it is too early to predict whether it will become a typhoon. If it enters the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) and continues to become a Low Pressure Area (LPA), it will be named “Senang”. PAGASA See typhoons, page A9
