CAGAYAN de Oro City-The City Council has approved Php 2.4 billion budget for the city’s 2016 annual budget, up 18 percent over that of last year’s Php 2.08 billion budget, an official said Wednesday. City Vice Mayor Ian Acenas said that the 2016 annual budget was approved during the regular session on Monday under City Ordinance No. 13081-2016.
