BOC-10 confiscates 16 brand new dump trucks

CAGAYAN de Oro City–– The Bureau of Customs in Northern Mindanao has seized a total of 16 brand new dump trucks imported from China.

District collector Atty.

Ruby Claudia Alameda said a warrant of seizure was issued against the importation because of misclassification.

Alameda said the misclassification was in the rate of duty which showed only three percent instead of the correct 20 percent.

Cleansing the body with beer

DAVAO CITY - “Being dirty is bad, and beer is good,” the product label reads. However, it does not mean that you may wash whatever is dirty with beer.

In the gold rush town of Pantukan in Compostela Valley province, an artisan soap maker has developed a new soap using beer. And yes, it is even the most popular brand of beer in the country: San Miguel Beer.

Alvin Louie Ang, owner of the H&W Organica, has been producing health and beauty products since 2011, including soaps made of organic ingredients and using virgin coconut oil as base ingredient.

But what makes his product distinct from those of other artisan soap makers is the beer soap or “El Jabon de Cerveza,” one of the eight soap products of H&W Organica.

From nurse to entrepreneur Ang quit his job as a staff nurse of the Pantukan District Hospital after three years and embarked on producing health care products.

“Nakita nako na nagkaroon na ug awareness sa organic or natural products.

Pero since ang mga product na organic is niche market siya, mainly the reason why is that the ingredients in making the product is quite expensive such as virgin coconut oil, so dili sya affordable to all,” the 28-year old nurse turned entrepreneur told MindaNews.

developing the health and beauty products.

His family’s VCO business prompted him to make the VCO as the base for all of his products “because I believe that choosing to be healthy, natural and organic life style must not be expensive.”

He further explained that since VCO is considered a wonder oil, it means a lot of benefits can be obtained from it. “And that made me decide to make personal care products which is VCObased” As for beer as an ingredient of one of its products, H&W Organica’s website has this to say: “The best tasting beer you will ever have is not just for the drinking, surprisingly beer can also be a fantastic soap. Since it is made from a high class malt and hops (that give it distinct bitter yet sweet taste) is rich in B vitamins therefore, it is a good skin moisturizer, it helps maintain your skin tone.”

Ang said he acquired additional knowledge for his craft from a European chemist in 2013 after he received a grant from PUM Netherlands, a non-government organization that extends capability assistance to local entrepreneurs.

While he refused to disclose the details of the beer soap formula, he hinted that 24 bottles of San Miguel Beer Pilsen can make 200 bars of soap.

He said his startup capital of P100,000 came from his savings while he was still earning P12,000 monthly

Deafening claps and roar filled the open tent at the New Bataan Resettlement Project 1, Brgy. San Roque, New Bataan as Task Force Pablo Chief, Sec. Jose Rene Almendras announced that the houses built for the beneficiaries were given to them for free.

“You have been chosen by the DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development) as ideal

beneficiaries of the program therefore you will pay nothing,” Secretary Almendras said.

Almendras added that the DSWD ensured that those who benefited the project were the victims of the typhoon and the ones who really needed the houses.

Secretary Almendras, together with NHA General Manager Chito Cruz, Gov. Arturo Uy and other officials of Compostela Valley province, turned over earlier today 2,967 houses to Typhoon Pablo victims from five towns in the province.

The houses were spread in San Antonio Village,

Brgy. Maparat, Compostela with 300 units; Lower Ulip Resettlement Project, Brgy.

Poblacion, Monkayo, 443 units; Sariwarain Village, Brgy. Union, Monkayo, 225 units; New Bataan Resettlement Project 1 and 2 in Brgy. San Roque and Andap respectively, both in New Bataan, 1,254 units; Vida Vista 3, Brgy.

New Visayas, Montevista, 335 units; and Mont Eagle Ville, Brgy. Kidawa, Laak, 400 units.

Atty. Cruz emphasized that the NHA already handed over 10,105 houses to the typhoon victims in the provinces Compostela Valley and Davao Oriental.

“Before this year ends,

we will turn over another 3,750 houses and another 3,347 houses by March 2015,” Cruz said.

Meanwhile, the NHA also turned over on the same day 538 houses to the Pablo victims in three different areas in Cateel, Davao Oriental.

The identified sites were San Alfonso Village, Brgy. San Alfonso with 167 units; San Antonio Village III, Brgy. San Antonio, 289 units; and Cateel Housing Project, Brgy. Taytayan, 82 units.

‘No car smuggling in Oro port, report erroneous’

CAGAYAN de Oro City–– The district collector of the Bureau of Customs (BOC) in Northern Mindanao has denied reports of car smuggling at the port of Cagayan de Oro. Atty. Ruby Claudia Almeda, district collector, said “there is no truth on the report of the smuggling of luxury vehicles coming out from the Port of Cagayan de Oro City.”

Alameda clarified that the report last July is erro-

neous because containerized cargo no longer passes through the Port of Cagayan de Oro since 2010.

Atty. Roswald Joseph A. Pague of the BOC-10 said international container shipments are discharged at the Mindanao Container Terminal in Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental.

Pague said the alleged car smuggling was reported at the Port of Ozamiz.

The BOC-10 officials said the shipments of vehicles were properly declared.

Alameda has instructed the subport collector at the

Mindanao Container Terminal to hold succeeding shipments of motor vehicles of the same consignee.

She has also requested the Land Transportation Office to deny registration of the the vehicles until the shipment is cleared of liabilities in taxes and duties.

Alarmed over the report, Cagayan de Oro City second district Rep. Rufus Rodriguez and his brother, Abante Mindanao Partylist Rep. Maximo Rodriguez filed House Resolution no. 1596 asking the House Committee on Ways and

Means to probe the veracity of the reports that Cagayan de Oro port is being used as a smuggling ppoint.

The two lawmakers filed the resolution for the Lower House to dig deep into the issue to determine the steps that must be taken to put an end to the illegal activity.

Camiguin ticks up climate change advocacy efforts

MAMBAJAO, Camiguin–– Responding to the call to act and adopt, the local government here is pushing to bring the climate change advocacy campaign down to the barangays.

The commitment was pitched following the Environmental Symposium on Climate Change on November 20, at the convention center hosted by the provincial government in partner-

ship with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and Philippine Information Agency (PIA), pooling all municipal disaster risk reduction and management officers (MDRRMOs) and government information officers

(GIOs) in the province.

Involving Communities For the campaign to be effective, it has to boil down to the communities, reaching as many sectors as possible, said Camiguin provincial planning and development officer Felicisimo

M. Gomez. MDRRMOs will take the lead in cascading the campaign forward, from the barangays down to the sitios, he said.

Further, Gomez challenged the municipal government units to

passengers for Cagayan de Oro City, which is dubbed as the Gateway to Mindanao, and the provinces of Misamis Oriental, Bukidnon, Camiguin, Agusan del Norte and Davao.

It is unfortunate that the Cagayan de Oro port is allegedly being used as entry point of smuggled luxury vehicles, according

“There is a need to look into this issue and determine if indeed, smuggling of vehicles is happing in the CDO Port and, if so, determine ways on how to further prevent it,” Rodriguez said in a press statement posted on the official website of the House of the Representatives.

The “minefields” of corruption

The Senate has started to tackle the 2015 proposed P 2.6 trillion national budget.

Senator Miriam Santiago intends to question the constitutionality of the proposed 2015 budget to the Supreme Court.

The feisty Senator could not hold her contempt on the temerity of the proponents of the proposed budget to redefine the meaning of the word “saving.” Under the proposed budget the word “saving” is defined as a term that allows the disbursement of money anytime when it could not be spent on its allocated purposed for, at least, six months.

Where in the world can we find the definition of savings as “a money that could be spent anytime.”

Santiago said that the definition of the word “savings” in the approved budget in the past years states that it is the remaining sum of money, after spending the money allocated for the intended purpose, at the end of the fiscal year. antiago also exposed the revival of the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) under pretext of “assigned budget.” “The assigned budget amounting to P 37 billion is allocated to five government agencies without the corresponding program of works or a hint on where the money would go,” Santiago said.

SURIGAO City––Impunity seems to reign in the city after a fatal shooting incident happened on Sunday evening killing a village chieftain here.

Police Supt. Julito Diray, chief of police of Surigao del Norte, told Mindanao Daily News on Tuesday morning

that Barangay Chairman Lucresion “Lolong” Mesias was shot dead by a lone unidentified gunman.

Mesias, 59, was sitting at a waiting shed just outside his own SL Pension House, which is just several meters away from his home. He succumbed to five gunshot wounds in the body.

Police said he was shot at point blank range. After

the shooting the victim was rushed to Surigao Medical Center but physicians declared him dead on arrival.

Authorities recovered four empty shells and three slugs of unidentified firearm.

Police said they are looking the angle of personal grudge as well as illegal drugs, the victim being a supporter of anti-illegal drugs campaigns in his ba-

rangay.

Shortly after the shooting, police arrested Jimmy Tamayo, a resident of Barangay Lipata.

Police said Mesias had presided a domestic violence case between Tamayo and his wife a day before the killing.

DILG conducts financial ring-fencing DA earmarks P2.2B for government-run water utilities for mechanization

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY -- The Project Development and Management Unit (PDMU), of the Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG), region 10, in partnership with the World Bank and USAID-Be Secure Program will be conducting a training on ring-fencing of local government units (LGUs) book of accounts on water and strategic business planning for LGU-run water utilities, for the beneficiary municipalities of regions

9,10,11,12 and 13 on December 9 to 12.

This is in line with the DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2011-65, issued after the successful pilottesting of the financial ringfencing, which encourages the LGUs to adopt the ring-fencing approach as a mechanism to improve performance of LGU-run water utilities and pursue reforms in the operation of water facilities.

DILG has incorporated this training course in the

roster of capacity development program for LGUs under the Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig sa Lahat (SALINTUBIG) and the Grassroots Participatory Budgeting Program (GPBP), since the full understanding and appreciation of the ringfencing process will lead to better water supply services for the community.

A total of 21 waterless municipalities will be participating in the activity to be held in Cagayan de Oro City, three of which will

come from region 10 namely: Kalilangan, Bukidnon, Plaridel, Misamis Occidental and Manticao, Misamis Oriental.

Project proposal prepares for water supply system confab CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY -- The Department of Interior and Local Government (DILG) will be conducting a SALINTUBIG project orientation and project feasibility study preparation seminar-workshop for the non-waterless municipalities with waterless barangays under the fiscal year 2014 program on December 3-5.

Spearheaded through its Office of the Project Development Service in partnership with DILG,

region 10, this activity is in the continuing pursuit of the department in addressing water scarcity, water-related diseases due to poor water sanitation and equal access to communal sources of potable water.

This activity enables the target local government units (LGUs) to prepare project proposal and blueprint for their own water supply system project in accordance with the policies, guidelines and standards

set for the SALINTUBIG Program.

A total of 60 participants coming from the 15 participating LGUs of Region 9,10,11,12 and 13 are expected to attend, three municipalities of which will be coming from Region 10 namely: Plaridel and Sapang Dalaga of Misamis Occidental and Binuangan of Misamis Oriental.

The Sagana at Ligtas na Tubig sa Lahat (SALINTUBIG) program is designed

to provide grant financing and capacity development programs to enhance the capacities of the LGUs and water service providers. It aims to contribute in the attainment of the goal of the national government as defined in the Philippine Development Plan (PDP) 2011-2016 which is to provide safe, adequate and sustainable water to the entire country and the targets. CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – The Department of Agriculture (DA), through the Agri-Pinoy Corn Program, has earmarked the amount of P2.2 billion to drum up promotion and development of the Philippine corn industry next year.

At the conclusion of the week-long conduct of the 10th Philippine National Corn Congress (PNCC) recently held here, Milo D. delos Reyes, head secretariat of the Agri-Pinoy Corn Program revealed that half of the budget will be devoted to agri-machineries and post-harvest facilities to ensure the production of quality and safe corn.

Of the estimated 7.8 million metric tons of corn produced for the year, Delos Reyes reported that only 10% passed through mechanical drying while the rest were dried through solar dryers or multi-purpose drying pavements.

Engr. Rex L. Bingabing, executive director of the Philippine Center for Postharvest Development and Mechanization, stressed

the significance of staging agri-machinery shows and exhibits during the Congress. “Isang magandang pagtuunan din ng pansin is not only volume of corn production, but increasing the quality of our products para magiging competitive siya in the global market,” he said.

The use of modern technologies in corn production could increase the quality and reduce production costs, at the same time, Bingabing added.

On top of the DA’s mechanization assistance, Delos Reyes underscored the agency’s pushing for the adoption of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) among corn farmers to ensure that in all stages, including the selection of seeds, plowing, harvesting, storage and others, which is geared towards the production of quality and safe corn.

Modified IMEM can dampen brownouts If Energy Secretary Carlos Jericho L. Petilla manages to have the modified Intermediate Mindanao Electricity Market (IMEM) restored as soon as possible, he is convinced brownouts in most areas of the Mindanao would likewise be eradicated, “Even if the Aboitiz 300MW coal fired power plant becomes operational, not all of it will be directly injected into the grid because around 140MW have been secured by Davao Light which has not been experiencing brownouts and no urgent need for additional electricity like the cooperatives,” Petilla said. “I suspect they will replace their diesel plants with coal fired energy so it’s not sure if there will be any net addition to the grid.

“The best way to tap the capacities of these diesel plants is through an electricity market, which we’re saying now is IMEM,” he stressed.

“What we want is to make all that capacity available through a market. Problem is we had some problems when we launched IMEM because maraming hindi pagkakaintindihan. Ang problema sa IMEM gicontrahan ni sa mga tawo nga wala man silay labot. Dili sila buyer, dili sila seller.

“With demand side bidding, the distribution utilities (DUs) will only get the power at the bid price put out,” commented a power advocate from Zamboanga City who preferred to remain anonymous. “Hence, the DUs are better placed to know how much the additional power is worth to them. Technically, the DUs cannot be complaining of high power prices.”

“Another aspect to the power industry is for the DOE/ERC to implement “open access” for big loaders come 2015 when there will be excess power, and that the big loaders be given a choice of their power supplier (if their respective DUs power cost is higher than what could be bought from the grid from other suppliers),” he added.

Merchant Plants Petilla said a restored IMEM would encourage Independent Power Producers (IPPs) like Peakpower to set up merchant plants if

6 towns in Region 9 get financial help from DTI Z AMB OANGA Cit y–– The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has released P2.7 million to provide a boost to six municipalities in the development and enhancement of their products and services.

The financial assistance was granted through DTI’s Grassroots Participator y Budgeting, formerly known as the Bottom-Up Budgeting, which is a key component of President Benigno Aquino III’s antipoverty program.

Dr. Sitti Amina Jain, DTI OIC-regional director, said the six towns

that received the financial assistance are Baliguian, Piñan, and Sindangan in Z amboanga del Norte; Kumalarang and Ramon Magsaysay in Zamboanga del Sur; and, Malangas in Zamboanga Sibugay.

Jain said the municipalities of Piñan and Sindangan received P130,000 each for their projects on Business Permit and Licensing System (BPLS).

“The two local government units of the said mu n i c ip a l it i e s ai m to speed up the processing of business permits and licenses to encourage more investors to pour in their

capital in their areas,” she said.

Jain said Baliguian received P185,000 to promote its locally-produced wine ca l le d “p angasi,” through wine packaging and preservation training.

She said Kumalarang got P570,000 for the projects on mat weaving and handicraft production.

The official said Ramon Magsasay received a total of P1,282,500 for three projects broken down as follows: One Town-One Product (OTOP) store, P712,500; establishment of production shop for novelty items, P190,000;

and bamboo craft development, P380,000.

She said Malangas received P425,000 for its livelihood training project on soap making and production with the DTI regional office as the project implementer.

In the meantime, Jain said prop osals for the establishment of a P6million bio-diesel processing plant for small coco farmers in Salug, Zamboanga del Norte and P1.8-million mini oil mill in Ramon Magsaysay were still awaiting approval from the DTI main office.

I’d like to encourage more peaking plants because in the end, you cannot just rely on baseload plants.

There will never be enough if there is no demand and you’re left with the peaking part hanging.”

“That’s where we are when it comes to the situation in Mindanao. The IMEM will also encourage peaking plants because that’s the way to encourage them,” he added.

Petilla said Mindanao particularly needs an electricity market because every time there’s a shortage of out from its hydroelectric power plants, the Gensan and Zamboanga areas gets to experience rotating brownouts first because electric coops in the area will always be the last to be served and first allocation to be cut.

“With the IMEM we are pushing, the dispatch protocol will be documented and evaluated so we can install discipline in the protocol so those at the end of the line don’t get the short end of the stick,” the energy czar said.

“And finally I’d like to tell you the relevance of Peakpower. There are many plants coming in but I’m worried there are not enough peaking plants. In the future we will need many plants across cooperatives because that is the best way to make adjustments when our demand and supply don’t meet each other every now and then.”

“I hope we have more plants like this because this is what we really need in this area of Mindanao because our interconnection to either Leyte or Negros will not happen until 2018 at the earliest. I hope we will also have the support of the people of Mindanao when it comes to this.

The DOE earlier projected Mindanao to continue suffering from brownouts until new capacities come online in 2015.

Based on the Mindanao Power Situation Outlook of the Mindanao Power Monitoring Committee (MPMC), the Mindanao grid will have a projected available capacity of 2,208 MW in 2015, versus a projected peak demand of 1,583 MW. The period 2016-2020 is also similarly projected to result in an excess of available supply versus actual demand.

Although the DOE earlier said in its website the Mindanao grid would be ready for WESM operations once new capacities come in by 2015, Petilla said this is not so.

Still no WESM “We cannot go to WESM because we don’t have an interconnection between Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. If we have a market here, I cannot call it a WESM because it’s actually isolated. The IMEM is almost the same as WESM but will not go outside of Mindanao because there’s no interconnection.”

“The difference now is in Luzon there is almost no government plant, here the biggest plant is the government. That’s why we have to put IMEM because there are rules which need to be apply only in Mindanao.

And especially what we will put in is the Demand Side Bidding. In Manila you only put your load requirement and take the market price.

Here, they are afraid IMEM would make power more expensive.”

IMEM Oppositors Oppositors of the IMEM are convinced it would result in unnecessarily high power rates in Mindanao when in fact, consumers can access the same capacities at a much lower prince.

“Let me point out that the harmfulness of the

IMEM comes mainly from the fact that it will enable the PSALM-NPC to charge the excess generation of the NPC-owned Agus and Pulangi hydroelectric power plants at the IMEM price (which could be as high as the price cap of 42 pesos per kWh), instead of delivering this excess generation to power consumers at the ERC-approved rate (around 3.00 pesos per kWh) for all generation from NPC owned and controlled power plants (which is what is happening now without the IMEM),” said Engr. David A. Tauli, president and spokesperson of the Mindanao Coalition of Power Consumers (MCPC).

MCPC is a broad based coalition of private utilities, electric cooperatives, industries, consumers and local government units dedicated to providing cheap, affordable and reliable electricity to power users in Mindanao.

“It is this adverse effect of the IMEM that DOE has failed to explain to us on what happens to the excess generation of hydro plants before and after, or with and without, the IMEM,” Tauli added.

“Everything that DOE does is how to squeeze more payments in power from us all, they are not doing anything to improve the Agus - Pulangui complex because there is none for them in there and they want to make it deteriorate further by withholding the maintenance budget to ultimately reduce its overall capacity,” said Engr. Norberto J. Older, president of the Iligan City-based Lanao Power Consumers Federation (LAPOCOF).”

“With that, DOE/PSALM can pursue the privatization, at which case, it would still be the Aboitiz or the Alcatraz who are just waiting, that will get them, just like the two power barges.

This modified IMEM is just another (expletive

deleted).”

“We maintain our strong opposition on the operation of the IMEM until supply exceeds demand,” said Engr.

Nestor B. Degoma, chairman of the Power Alternative Agenda in Mindanao (PALAG-Mindanao). “This situation may still to come at the earliest, 2016, when Therma South Inc. and Sarangani Energy will hopefully be on-stream, with their combined capacity addition of 500MW to the Mindanao Grid.”

“The best thing DOE could do this 2015, especially during the summer months, is to appeal with Big Commercial and Industrial firms to implement the Interruptible Load Program(ILP) with standby generators/power plants and advice DUs with embedded Power Plant/s and or Modular Genset to prepare and condition their Units for the dry months, rather than prematurely implement IMEM,” he added.

Degoma said some private DUs and rural electric cooperatives in Mindanao already have in place Modular Gensets and or contracted or owned embedded power plants, with a combined capacity of around 200-300MW, that if properly coordinated by DOE could arrest the much-feared power shortage next year.”

Meantime, the Association of Mindanao Rural Electric Cooperatives (AMRECO) maintains its opposition to the IMEM centers on the acceptability of its settlement of billings with the electric cooperatives.

The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Board of Investments (BOI) launched the Industry Roadmapping Project (IRP) in January 2012. The IRP continues to forge strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, particularly the private sector, in the development of industry roadmaps that defines its vision, goals, and targets, in the short, medium, and long term, assesses the industry’s state and economic performance, identifies the binding constraints to its growth, and recommends strategies for industry upgrading and development.

To date, 30 sectoral roadmaps have been submitted to the BOI, of which, 25 roadmaps have been completed. These sectoral roadmaps are the building blocks of the Manufacturing Industry Roadmap (MIR) and the Comprehensive National Industrial Strategy (CNIS). The MIR, finalized in 2013, consolidates the roadmaps submitted to the BOI while the CNIS is envisioned to be the blueprint for the overall industrial development strategy and will cover agriculture, manufacturing, and services.

Spain has been committed to sustainable development in Mindanao since more than 20 years with a special focus on Caraga and Zamboanga regions as priority areas. And, let’s don’t forget the United Kingdom, which has been playing an active role in the formal negotiations between the Philippine government and the MILF since 2009. The Northern Ireland peace process has been a unique devolution model.

Rep. Pacquiao filed HB 5090 or “An Act Creating the Municipality of Malandag in the Province of Sarangani” last October 13. It was referred to the House committee on local government on October 22.

The proposed measure took off from a bill filed in the 12th Congress by then Sarangani Rep. Erwin Chiongbian.

The 12 barangays that will compose the proposed new municipality, which would be the eighth for Sarangani, are all part of the land-locked Malungon town.

The province’s six other component towns -- Alabel, Glan, Malapatan, Kiamba, Maasim and Maitum -- are located in the coasts of Sarangani Bay.

Malungon is composed of 31 barangays and has a total population of 95,044 based on the 2010 census.

Pacquiao noted that based on the number of its inhabitants, Malungon is considered as one of the most populous municipalities in the country.

He said the town is one of the biggest in Region 12 in terms of land area that is measured at 750.92 square kilometers.

“The people of the 12 barangays have been clamoring for the creation (of their area) into a separate municipality to develop and improve their economic and social condition,” he said.

He said the barangays comprising the proposed town have passed the requirements in terms of population, land area and income as provided for in Republic Act 7160 or the Local Government Act of 1991.

As a separate municipality, Pacquiao said its expected shares in the Internal Revenue Allotment as well as in local and real property taxes will allow it to effectively and efficiently deliver various basic services.

“It will also enable the 12 barangays to chart their own development plans and programs to promote public health, safety and general welfare,” he said.

Aside from the provincial board, the measure was endorsed earlier by the province’s seven municipal mayors.

In a resolution, they specifically called on the House of Representatives to fast track the passage of the bill.

The Sarangani congressional district office had created a task force and a technical working group that will monitor the progress of the measure and lead the gathering of the required documents that will support its passage. (MindaNews)

It was Consentino who initiated the non-profit Books for International Development program. According to Consentino, access to good quality contemporary textbooks is critical for education and professional development in all areas but college libraries anywhere in the world often lack a stock of suitable materials due to high costs of purchasing and shipping.

Thus, the Books for International Development was started to collect good quality textbooks across all disciplines donated by libraries and private sector companies. The goal of this project is to provide university-level books to countries around the world. Donated books will be shipped to the recipient country through a large shipping container. Since 2003, at least 17 shipments have been sorted, packaged, shipped and delivered to libraries including ten countries in Africa and Asia.

Meanwhile, Millersville University was founded over 150 years ago and is regarded today as one of the most highly respected public universities in Pennsylvania. Apple Store designer visits CDO MULTI-awarded designer Tim Kobe—lauded for transforming the retail landscape through his work on the iconic Apple Store in New York City—has arrived in the Philippines to visit the revolutionary “Generation 3” stores that he especially redesigned for leading telecommunications company Globe Telecom.
