Moreno’s not drawn to POC

BOMBING SUSPECTS: The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday released the computerized facial composite of suspects in the Cagayan de Oro bombing that left 6 people dead and 46 others wounded shortly before midnight Friday on July 26, 2013. Two more victims died at the hospital bringing the death toll to 8 as of Monday.

Intensify ‘intel’ work: Purisima

PNP Chief Alan Purisima on Monday ordered all local police commanders in the country to intensify their intelligence and target hardening efforts in areas with a history of terroristic activities.
