ILIGAN City––Rumored presidential contender in the 2016 election, Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, flew to Iligan City, Tuesday (April 7), via a private chopper, as guest speaker for the 45th Commencement Exercises of the Mindanao State University-Iligan Institute of Technology (MSU-IIT).
