CAGAYAN de Oro City -- A lawmaker has filed House Resolution directing the Department of Energy (DOE) to investigate the bombings of transmission towers in Mindanao. Rep. Rufus Rodriguez, of Cagayan De Oro City, said that HR 2603 also directed the DOE to invite officials from the military and the police to provide concrete steps to resolve the bombings of the transmission towers, mostly in Lanao Del Sur. CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan De Oro City -- The regional police command here focused on tourism during the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Philippine National Police (PNP) Monday. Pol. Supt. Gervacio Balmaceda, the police regional
spokesperson, said that the officials from the tourism agencies were the invited guest of honors during the annual celebration.
