MISAMIS Oriental––The Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Misamis Oriental has created the Sangguniang Panlalawigan Advisor y Council on Energy, which aims to enable the Sangguniang Panlalawigan to “meaningfully participate in the discussions and debates in order to intelligently decide on various issues and concerns on energy.” “As power outages became usual and power
