RDC-10 endorses priority programs and projects for 2016 The Regional Development Council of Northern Mindanao (RDC-X) endorsed on March 19, 2015 a total of P83.2-billion worth of programs and projects proposed for implementation in 2016 by 24 agencies and eight state universities and colleges in the region. This is 26% higher than the P65.9-billion worth of proposals approved for implementation in 2015.
