CAGAYAN de Oro City - THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources in Region 10 (DENR-10) and the staterun Philippine Information Agency (PIA) launched on July 22 its Climate Change Advocacy campaign in one of the hotel here. CDO’s City Treasurer to start collecting ‘envi. fees’ CAGAYAN de Oro City - The Cagayan De Oro Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Oro Chamber) welcomed the move by the city government here to collect from business establishments the P1 that they pass on to customers for the purchase of nonbiodegradable plastic bags.
