Davao City--The House Committee Chair on Labor and Employment Rep. Karlo Nograles said that the House Adhoc Committee hearing the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) has decided to continue its deliberations. Nograles, a member of the ad hoc body, said they agreed to hold the vote on February 17. “But we condemn in the strongest sense the killing of our police personnel in Maguindanao and we will
be calling a congressional inquiry on the January 25 incident, “ he said.
