CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The Bangsamoro communities in Mindanao on Saturday urged President Rodrigo Roa Duterte to certify as urgent the immediate passage of Senate Bill 2025 extending the Bangsamoro Transition. PARANG, Maguindanao A mother and her daughter were arrested Sunday by police operatives, for possession of illegal drugs.
