Emano said it is high time for the province to choose its capital and expressed his gratitude to the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) for donating a 50-hectare property in Barangay Lourdes in Alubijid town so the capitol could transfer there. The public private partnership (PPP) selection committee and the PPP regulatory committee will be chaired by Emano and will have Sangguniang Panlalawigan member Gerardo Sabal III, SP member Wayne The Rotary Club of Cagayan de Oro, led by its President Antonio Fernandez and Rotary Militante, provincial adAnn led by its president Angie Dael, hold another community feeding project at Bal- ministrator Jocelyn Mateo, ubal Elementary School where some 300 pupils have benefited.
