THE Fraternal Order of Eagles (Philippine Eagles) – the first Philippine-born fraternal socio-civic organization whose mantra is Service Through Brotherhood – will hold the two-day 40th National Assembly and 3rd Regular Session starting today at Grand Caprice Restaurant here in Cagayan de Oro City. According to host Governor Jimmy Caiña of host region NMR-1, they are expecting a total of 2,500 delegates to attend the event led by national president Conrado Cedeño.

This will also be the first time that a host region will provide barong to all participants for only P1,500 that is already inclusive to two meals (Governor’s Night/ President’s Night). The Governor’s Night will be held on the first day starting at 5:00 p.m. while the President’s Night will be held the evening after.
