KIBAWE, Bukidnon Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar commended the municipality of Kibawe in Bukidnon province for its resolve in securing the entire town to prevent the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) from coming in.
