CAGAYAN de Oro City-The 19th City Council recently approved an Ordinance authorizing Mayor Oscar Moreno to enter into an agreement with barangay officials and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Region 10 (DENR-10) and other partner national government agencies in regard to the implementation of “CDO Limpyo Dagat.” The implementation of Challenge for Change Program “CDO Limpyo Dagat’” is a contest among coastal barangays to free the sea from trash and marine debris.
