CAMP ALAGAR, Cagayan de Oro City: Law enforcers busted four suspects in a two day anti-illegal drug operations in Bukidnon and netted an estimated P106,400 worth of illegal drugs, the police reported Wednesday. In a report to the regional police command here, Maj. Jiselle Lou M. Longakit, spokesperson of the Bukidnon police office, said that the anti-drug buy bust were separately carried out on Monday and Tuesday. Longakit identified the suspects as Uzzel Jennifer Cablay y Lagang alias “Balot,” of Aglayan, Bukidnon, Samson y Empredo 32, Jerson Samson y Empredo 34, and Mark Salapang y Claracay 29, all of Poblacion, Valencia City, Bukidnon. According to Longakit, Cablay was collared in a buy bust operation Tuesday in possession of 12.68 grams with an estimated street value of P 86, 000 were nabbed Monday with a total of 12.68 grams of Shabu valued at P 86, 000. Longakit said that the suspects were charged with violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002, which carries a life imprisonment to death or a fine of P500,000 to P 10 million.

PANABO, Davao del Norte A school principal in Panabo City, Davao del Norte, will be facing criminal and administrative charges after the delivery driver sought the help of the Department of Education (DepEd) and the police authorities in this city. Yesterday, the complainant delivery rider identified
as Bluemar Bayarcal, has blottered at the police station what transpired during the delivery of item to the Revamonte family on Sunday morning. In an interview with Newsline, Information Officer Lt Domingo Ranain said Mr Celestino Revamonte, Jr, the school principal of Narciso Galapin Elementary School, may face administrative and criminal charges, with a
fine of at least P100,000 and imprisonment of not less than six years, if found guilty and convicted of the case. “Sa kadto nga kaso pwede to siya ma-file-an ug “grave threats” Sa penalty nahulog na siya sa Arresto Menor,” the police officer said. Meanwhile, the delivery rider has also sought the help of DepEd Panabo, and the disciplinary committee has already created a
special team and currently investigating the ‘complaint of conduct unbecoming’ against the principal. A show cause order has been sent to Mr Celestino Revamonte, Jr. to report to the DepEd and explain his side why shouldn’t be dealt with accordingly on the reported lapses on treating the delivery rider, and threatening to stab him.
