Assertive industrial sector in PH pushed

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY -- The first Philippine Industrial Summit in Mindanao was formally opened on Monday making louder call for stakeholders to build an “assertive” industrial sector in the country. The four-day summit, which will run until November 28, seeks to stir discussions on ways to push the full industrialization beginning in the region. 3-day Bangsamoro solidarity assembly ends November 27 CAGAYAN de Oro City-The three-day solidarity assembly attended by civil society leaders and peace advocates, which was held at EM Manor Hotel in Cotabato City will culminate today (November 27). The event called: Kaakbay, Kapayaan: Civil Society Peace and Solidarity Assembly to facilitate public dialogue, consolidate their gains, and discuss the immense challenges and opportunities in both the Bangsamoro and GRPNDFP peace processes. This gathering of civil society leaders and peace advocates features civil
society innovations in advocacy, peacebuilding, a policy forum and a General Assembly of the Mindanao PeaceWeavers (MPW). The event started last Monday.
