Ever since he became the city’s representative in the Lower House many years ago, Rufus has always been very active in road concreting and other projects in the second district. So, right now even the remotest interior roads in the barangays in District 2 are concreted. This is the kind of a leader that every ‘Kagayanon’ should be proud of. DAVAO CITY – The Department of Labor and Employment in Davao Region (DOLE-11) has recorded over 1,000 qualified applicants and 27 who were hired on the spot during the 2022 Labor Day Trabaho, Negosyo, Kabuhayan (TNK) Job and Business Fair on Sunday. DOLE-11, in a report on Monday, said 296 applicants were recommended for next-level interviews. MARAWI CITY -- Around six thousand Maranaws flocked, Monday morning (May 2), to Jameo Mindanao Al-Islamie Islamic Center of Marawi, inside the most affected area (MAJ), to attend the Eid prayer to end the monthlong Ramadan. Known as grand mosque, the Islamic Center was opened for the first time for prayer since the siege in 2017.
