CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: A traffic enforcer here is facing a string of criminal cases after he was arrested for alleged extortion activities and in possession of firearms. Police Major Ericsson Enerio Sabanal, who led the entrapment operation along with city’s intelligence unit, identified the suspect as Barry Moore Saludares y Ramayana, 39, of Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City. Saludares worked as Administrative Aide III at the city’s Road and Traffic Administration at the time of his arrest. CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Misamis Oriental: About 378 hog raisers in Misamis Oriental received financial aid amounting to P 2,162,000 from the provincial government of Misamis Oriental, Governor Yevgeny Vincente Emano said Tuesday. Emano said the initial amount is intended to hog raiser farmers who suffered losses due to the onslaught of the African Swine Fever (ASF) that swept the province early February this year.
