CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The provincial veterinary office of Misamis Oriental is distributing 5,000 “ready to lay”’ (RTL) ducks to hog raisers as the African Swine Fever (ASF) has continued to infect more towns in Misamis Oriental.
