New anti-insurgency plan seen to address poverty in Region 10 WITH the launching of the new anti-insurgency program in Northern Mindanao on Friday, Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar expressed confidence that the Duterte administration will be able to address poverty in the region.

Andanar, designated Cabinet Officer for Regional Development and Security (CORDS) in Region 10, said Northern Mindanao is the first region to launch a banner program called Convergence Areas for Peace and Development (CAPDev) which seeks to address the root causes of internal armed conflict and insurgency.

“The purpose of this is to accelerate the development of our barangays here in Region 10 -- to end the local communist armed conflict,” Andanar said in a meeting with some members of the Cagayan de Oro Press Club, Inc. (COPC) on Thursday.

“The CORDS here in Region 10 is one of the most active CORDS in the ANTI-INSURGENCY PROGRAM. Voter registration resumes in August

FILIPINOS who would like to register as voters may apply beginning August, the Commission on Elections (Comelec) said Friday.

Comelec spokesperson James Jimenez said voter registration will be held nationwide from August 1 to September 30, including Saturdays and holidays.

“Approximately two million new voters are expected to register during this period,” Jimenez said.

He also said that Sangguniang Kabataan (Youth Council) voters

who have already turned 18 years old need not register anew.

“Their names will automatically be transferred from the SK List of Voters to the regular List of Voters,” he added.

The poll body last enlisted voters on July 2 to Sept. 29 in 2018, when more than 2.5 million people registered.

Protect constituents vs toxic skin whiteners A NON-PROFIT group tracking toxic chemicals in products and wastes has alerted local government units (LGUs) in seven cities in Mindanao about the unlawful sale of mercury-laden skin whitening cosmetics in their areas of jurisdiction.

In a press statement, the EcoWaste Coalition urged the local government, health and police authorities of Cagayan de Oro, Oroquieta, Ozamiz, Iligan, Dipolog, Pagadian, and Zamboanga Cities to act fast to stop the illegal trade of such toxic skin whiteners that could put the health of their constituents, especially women and girls, at risk of mercury poisoning.

“To uphold the general welfare as stipulated under the Local Government Code, we appeal to concerned city officials, especially to newly-elected or re-elected mayors, to act with urgency to break the criminal sale of mercury-laced skin whitening products,” said Thony Dizon, Chemical Safety Campaigner, EcoWaste Coalition.

“As the Philippines develops its National Action Plan (NAP) for mercuryadded products, we also urge our councilors to consider replicating the Quezon City Ordinance banning the production, importation, distribution, and sale of mercury-added skin whitening cosmetics in their area of responsibility,” he added.

Dizon emphasized that the requested action will not only promote the health and safety of citizens, but also prevent mercury in skin whitening cosmetics from being discharged into wastewater and consequently polluting the environment and the food chain.

As facilitators of learning, therefore, teachers have the responsibility to help students see things from perspectives other than their own. Liwanag Forum: Islam is a way of life

ISLAM is not just a religion but a way of life, a Muslim group stressed on Sunday.

“For the longest time, religious scholars have focused on Islam’s spiritual aspect, medyo napabayaan ang social aspect, kaya maraming Muslim sa Pilipinas na relihiyoso pero nagkaroon ng problema sa pakikitungo sa ibang tao (since the social aspect has been neglected, many Muslims in the Philippines are religious but are having problems when dealing with other people), Kim Edres, executive director of Liwanag Forum, told Philippine News Agency (PNA) in an interview.

Liwanag Forum is a series of talks about Islam and how it must be observed as a way of life. It aims to help Muslims nationwide to have a right understanding of Islam under the guidance of legitimate Muslim scholars.

Edres explained that Islam teaches its believers to lead peaceful lives in a community together with Christians and other nonMuslims.

“Ang ordinaryong Muslim walang exposure sa ibang community, ang paniniwala nila kapag hindi nila

kauri, hindi dapat pakisamahan. Hindi masama ang makisama sa mga Kristiyano dahil ginawa iyan ng Propetang Mohammad noong panahon niya (Ordinary Muslims are not exposed to other communities, they believe it is wrong to deal with people who are not of the same faith. It is not wrong to live harmoniously with Christians because Prophet Mohammad did so during his time),” he said.

Citing that most Filipino Muslims only push for their rights, Edres said every Muslim has a responsibility to the community and to observe the laws of the land as well.

“Kasi ang iba, ang pagkakaintindi nila, hindi mo pwede sundin ang gobyerno dahil hindi naman iyan (Some think that you don’t have to obey the government because it is not a) Muslim government, when in fact Islam teaches us to obey Allah, obey the prophets and obey those people who have authority over you.

Islam didn’t say that you obey only those Muslims who have authority over you, it is a generic term, so this means we should follow the city ordinances of Quezon City because the law doesn’t teach us bad things,” he added.

Edres also condemned violent extremism and uncleanliness which are practiced by other Muslims.

With a plan to have a monthly forum on the topic, Edres said their group is prioritizing big Muslim communities like the Salam Compound in Culiat, Quezon City.

“Salam Compound was supposed to be a business area that is income-generating, where the income must be used in helping other Muslim groups, but it didn’t happen that way.

There various kinds of Muslims, the Maranaoans, those from Lanao, Maguindanao, Cotabato, Tausug, and the Balik Islam, so we want

all of them to have a right understanding of Islam,” he said.

The sea of fortune DEPENDING on which side of the fence is the news and noisemakers, the incident involving fishermen in a maritime accident refuses to settle down. The cacophony of chatters stemmed from an incident where two fishing boats collided in an inky dark environment. It would have been simple and unfortunate events but this one happened in a contested area and involved Chinese and Filipino fishermen.

It was not the contention of Pres. Rodrigo R. Duterte alone, after assessing what brought about the collision, that the maritime incident was an accident, China said it so and the United States through its Ambassador in the Philippines simply and categorically stated so.

But the moribund oppo-

sition cannot accept the verdict. Running out of issues to demonize Duterte after the demeaning defeat of Otso Deretso of the Liberal Party and its allies from the Leftist fronts, the collision at sea was good enough to keep the Opposition afloat in the sea of political perdition. To rub in the issue of sovereignty the naughty ex-Secretary of Foreign Affairs Albert del Rosario flew to HongKong with his diplomatic passport knowing beforehand that the will face the same treatment as that of former Ombudsman Conchita Carpio. These two, as we already knew, filed cases against China’s absolute leader Xi Jinping in the international criminal court, remember? In the case of Del Rosario, he did

his adventure with pompous drama. He flew to HK with his diplomatic passport and walked straight with no crutches and came home in a wheelchair, looked harassed but prepared to face the media to relate his ordeal.

Like Carpio however, del Rosario’s drama only stirred a whirlpool in a kettle. The 22 Filipino fishermen did not only bring home all their fish catch of several tons, but they were also given aid by the government and civic clubs. Soon after del Rosario touched down at NAIA 2, VP Leni Robredo surreptitiously flew to Mindoro, lavished the fishermen with more cash to bash the Chinese. Pres. Duterte wants Secretary Piñol as National Gov’t-BARMM Intermediary PRESIDENT Rodrigo Roa Duterte is eyeing the transfer of Agriculture Secretary Emmanuel Piñol to the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) to coordinate efforts between the national government and the newly formed Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (BARMM).

In an i nte r v i e w i n Malacañang on Thursday, the President said he needed someone who knows Mindanao well, especially after

the creation of BARMM, to help him handle the region.

“I cannot see anybody in the horizon except Piñol who knows and grew up...was born in Mindanao and grew up there. He is a farmer, then a governor,” the President said.

“So, sabi ko kailangan ko ng timon. And that Mindanao [Development] Authority position is a Cabinet position. Sabi ko, ‘pumunta ka na lang doon, tulungan mo na lang ako.’ Get them

started...hurry up, hurry them up so that they would have the first regular organized government that they have long wished for.”

Piñol was reported to have offered his resignation but the President said he has yet to accept it, adding he needed to talk to BARMM Interim Chief Minister Al Hajj Murad Ebrahim. Piñol expressed openness to lead MinDA. The chief executive expressed reservations over the

lack of progress in BARMM even after a transition body was organized.

He wants an effective and well-functioning government, which he said, would be necessary to exploit the region’s resources, particularly Liguasan Marsh, believed to be containing large reserves of natural gas.

TO what extent does school-based management influence teachers’ commitment? Actually, school-based management positively affects teachers’ commitment to the teaching profession and to students’ academic achievements and negatively affects their commitment to the school and to students’ social well being.

Teachers’ autonomy on the job remain unchanged after school-based management was introduced in schools It is argued that school-based management is perceived by teachers as a potential to increase their professional autonomy.

However, based on the assumptions of the exchange perspective, teachers increase their commitment towards is-

sues that potentially may benefit them most. More time is needed before the impact of school-based management on teacher may be fully understood.

However, it is argued that high demands for teacher effectiveness have to be followed by sufficient benefits and professional autonomy if school-based management is to promote commitment rather than teacher burnout.

Principal leadership skills and personality characteristics are linked to an innovative measure of school-based management implementation to explore the link between principal characteristics and better implementation of schoolbased management. Four kinds of political skills need to be developed by principals – social astuteness, interpersonal influence, networking ability and apparent sincereity.

SSS contribution penalty condonation program to benefit 155K employees, urges other employers to settle unpaid premiums THE state-run Social Security System (SSS) on Wednesday said more than 155,000 employees will benefit from the application of employers to the on-going Contribution Penalty Condonation Program which will only run until September 1.

SSS President and Chief Executive Officer Aurora C. Ignacio said P1.01 billion worth of penalties were waived as 16,460 employers availed themselves of the on-going condonation program.

“SSS started receiving applications as early as March this year. Over the three-month period, about 155,112 employees will benefit from their employer’s initiative to apply for the condonation program because these workers can finally maximize their benefits and privileges as SSS members,” said Ignacio.

The SSS Chief also said that P378.71 million worth of combined principal delinquency and interest were collected from the employers who have availed of the program since it started accepting applications last March 15.

Based on established collectibles, there are still more than 115,000 delinquent

employers who may avail of this penalty condonation program for unpaid SSS premiums. Ignacio noted the Filipino mentality of availing a program during the deadline.

“While we are looking at 50 percent availment rate among delinquent employers, we will intensify our marketing efforts to achieve a higher availment.

We expect the number of employers who will avail of the program to increase by August when the deadline nears,” Ignacio said in a press conference held in Malacañang Palace today.

The highest number of availees under the contribution penalty condonation program came from Luzon at 6,023, followed by Visayas with 4,072 availees, Mindanao with 3,216 availees, and National Capital Region (NCR) with 2,945 availees.

The Large Accounts Division, on the other, which handles employer accounts with 100 employees and above, recorded 204 availees for the program.

Ignacio said through the program, penalties were waived following their application and proposals to pay for their delinquencies either in full or installment

basis.

Ignacio further stressed that the on-going contribution penalty condonation program also covers delinquent contributions of household employers.

“This program will not only benefit regular employees of delinquent employers because household employers are also qualified to avail of the program. For example, if their kasambahay has been with them since 1993 and they haven’t paid her contributions since then, they now have the chance to do the right thing and pay for the social security protection of their household employee without any penalties,” Ignacio added.

As of March 2019, household employers registered with SSS stood at 267,478.

“This is obviously a small number. Our household employers must register their househelpers with SSS and pay their monthly contributions,” Ignacio said.

Based on SSS Circular 2019-004, qualified employers under the contribution penalty condonation program are those who have not yet registered with SSS including household employers, those with pending or approved proposals under

the existing Installment Payment Scheme Program, and those with pending or approved applications under the Program for Acceptance of Properties offered through dacion en pago.

Employers with pending cases before the Social Security Commission, Courts or Office of the Prosecutor involving the collection of contributions and penalties, including those against whom judgment has been rendered either by the SSC or the regular courts but have not complied with the judgment can also apply for the penalty condonation program.

In addition, applicants who settled all contribution before the effectivity of R.A. 11199 but with unpaid or partially paid penalties for late or non-remittance as well as those against whom a Warrant of Distraint/Levy/ Garnishment (WDLG) or encumbrance has been issued are also qualified to avail of the special condonation program for delinquent employers.

To apply for the Contribution Penalty Condonation Program, an employer may avail of the program thru the remittance of the full amount of delinquent contributions through any SSS branch or office with a tellering facility or authorized collection agent of the SSS and thru a submission of a proposal within the period of the program to pay the delinquent contributions See PROGRAM, page 7

GSIS bent on selling Manila North Harbor property THE Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) has reiterated its plan to sell its 672,645-square meter property at the Manila North Harbor, which the International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) is currently occupying.

“As a government entity that exists to ensure the integrity of the funds of its members, GSIS is determined to sell it through public bidding upon the approval of the Board,” GSIS President and General Manager (PGM) Jesus Clint Aranas said.

According to him, the market value of the property is approximately Php33.632 billion based on the zonal valuation as of 9 May 2019 and as reflected in the GSIS books as of 20 May 2019.

Enrique Razon, president and chairman of ICTSI, reportedly said earlier that GSIS has only a “naked title” with no right to use the property.

“That does not preclude GSIS from disposing of the property,” Aranas asserted.

Meanwhile, the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) has committed to donate a five-hectare resettlement site under a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the National Housing Authority (NHA), LGU Manila, ICTSI, and Manila North Harbor Port, Inc. However, the ocular inspection report of NHA reveals that the proposed relocation site infringes on another GSIS property occupied by informal settlers and allocated for socialized housing pursuant to E.O. 108, series of 2002 with

an area of 1.2 hectares of which belongs to GSIS. For its part, GSIS emphasized that “no entity can commit, offer, or convey any property which it does not own.”

GSIS was never consulted and neither did it approve or consent to such donation or commitment on the overlapping portion which is registered and owned by GSIS. GSIS likewise demanded that the MOU be rescinded, modified, or revised to exclude the overlapping portion of GSIS-owned property from the five hectares that is committed by PPA under the MOU. The PPA (under its present General Manager Jay Daniel Santiago) and through its Legal Department, in a reply to GSIS’s demand to PPA to rescind, modify, or revise the MOU last 4 March 2019, did not directly address GSIS’s demand but instead questioned the validity of the 43-year-old title and asserted that PPA owns the North Harbor Property, despite the property being registered under the name of GSIS. PGM Aranas cited, however, the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel, which ruled in 2015 that the validity of the title registered under the name of GSIS may only be questioned in a direct attack filed before a regular court.

Meanwhile, GSIS has invited ICTSI to discuss the use and rental of the disputed property. But ICTSI referred GSIS’s See BENT, page 9

To be appointed as a school or district ICT coordinator is a wondrous thing. You get to enjoy lesser teaching load units (meaning lesser contact time with smart, misbehaving, overzealous pupils) and more time to devise ICT based teacher projects so that one can easily step up one’s performance and have the perpetually desired promotion within arm’s length. Hmmm. This should sound like music to one’s ears. Though it is a favored condition that an educational facilitator can be in, to be an ICT Coordinator is both a blessing and a curse but with more emphasis on the former rather than the latter. It is completely true that this coordinatorship is largely important It can easily be backed up with evidence why the ICT Coordinator is the most sought after teacher in the campus.

Here are the perks a.k.a. salient tasks of the master of computers.

Tech Savvy. The ICT coordinator is perhaps the

most knowledgeable school staff member when it comes to computer devices, instruments and any operations and applications pertaining to usage, maintenance and troubleshooting. Co teachers consult him for any puzzling cases with regards to their personal computers even with glitches in android phones and electronic gadgets.

Windows Wizard. The ICT coordinator is the no.

1 go to colleague when it comes to the navigation of windows leading to several doors of knowledge and ease of maneuvering in the world of computer applications, software and virus control. When some crazy but necessary unknown buttons need to be clicked, he will know the correct control key combinations and formulations.

Helpful Handyman.

Aside from the usual computer related tasks, trials and tribulations, the ICT coordinator is the one co teachers request for when they need help in lay outing tarps, banners and other

printed materials, when they wanted to transfer files and when they are confused over online stuff, fields they need to fill in and links needed clicking but don’t know how.

A total scout and taskmaster himself (or herself if the teacher happens to be a female), the ICT coordinator is also the one depended upon by the school head and the district supervisor with updating information systems within the school or within the district. He attends trainings/seminars in hotels and short courses in exotic beach resorts, though trainings and short courses can happen in any venue too.

Grateful for the opportunity, being an ICT coordinator myself, I can say that the job is simple but not easy. One has to balance one’s schedule carefully to never miss an opportunity to help as well as cater the quality time for self-care and precious moment to bond with my own family.

One of the skills our students need to imbibe is leadership. A teacher of mine in the seminary, Gene Ahner opines that leadership begins with the question of one’s own identity—what’s “important to me, what matters, where do I stand as a person, what do I really care about, what do I value.” According to him, an individual who fails to appreciate about these things in his/her life will less likely become a good leader. How can a person lead other people if he cannot lead one individual—himself?

As in business schools where future CEOs are schooled and nurtured, it is imperative that we, implementers of the K-12 program should consciously develop critical thinking, sound intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, and good leadership among our students. While this challenge is usually accepted by us as teachers, we know that accomplish-

ing this task necessitates a firmer resolve—a deeper commitment.

We have to accept that most of our students nowadays are basically “drifters”— very immature and have very little freedom—owing to the fact that many of them are becoming slaves of new technologies and the internet. If we can only create and maintain an environment where they can experience genuine freedom and practice making decisions of their own while accepting even the most dreaded of consequences, surely they will no longer be at the mercy of the decision or “will” of other people, customs, structures, systems or of machines.

Leading one’s life however is not an easy task. It involves many painful events and a lot of farewells. However, I think that a good leader—the one who is able to lead his/ her own life is most willing to make such sacrifices.

Certainly, we pay a big price in the search of our most

authentic self. We may find out along our way that we are called or destined for something else other than what we are now and that we need to change.

In our world today where many people are being “marginalized,” “destituted” or “muted,” there is a huge demand for leaders who can help these people empower themselves. If these people, whose selfesteem is very low, will begin to appreciate themselves—their own talents, capacities, and beauty as human persons—perhaps the world will be greatly transformed for the better.

Good leaders thus beget other good leaders.

We really need good leaders in society today, leaders who are really concerned of the welfare of their neighbors especially the poor materially and in other aspects. We need leaders who can sacrifice some of their “wants” (in the guise of “self-actualization) so that, as Kathy Kelly (one of the advocates for peace and justice in the US) says, “others can simply live.”

PANABO CITY -- More than 70 LGU employees and volunteers from different barangays participate in the voluntary mobile blood donation program conducted by the City Health Office (CHO) and Davao Regional Medical Center (DRMC) today at the City Hall lobby.

“This is the first time that I have donated my blood and I feel really good knowing that this will help someone,” said Edmundo Aleonar, 42, of the City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO).

“Donating blo o d improves emotional and physical health. It may

lower the risk of heart disease and certain cancers, help liver stay healthy, reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing, provide a sense of belonging and many more,” said City Blood Program Coordinator Ma. It will be recalled that the Central Mindanao regional police leadership last month issued warnings and tips on how to avoid investment frauds after some of its personnel fell prey to pyramiding and other financial scams.

In a statement, the Central Mindanao regional police has admitted that some of its personnel have lost millions of money to Pulis Paluwagan.

At least three middleranking police officers were also sacked from their posts in March this year for their alleged involvement in investment schemes that target policemen as investors.

Albayalde noted that three police officials, including their alleged cohorts, were already charged before the Office of the Ombudsman.

He said the police officials even used their respective offices for the investment scam transactions and facilitated fast lanes for policemen-investors.

Albayalde further said educating the public is a “must” to strengthen their campaign against companies involved in pyramid schemes.

He said the companies and corporations were allegedly luring unsuspecting victims to invest money with a promised return of 15 to 400-percent interest within a month.

“No matter who you ask, may it be the SEC, DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) or any businessman, earning 15 to 400 percent interest monthly from your invested money is impossible,” he added.

DICT to issue permits for new cell sites within 3 months

MANILA -- The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) targets to issue permits to tower building companies in three months or less to green light the construction of new cell sites.

“Our target is that we will have all the permits by two months or three months. We will really be more efficient in coming up with towers faster,” DICT Acting Secretary Eliseo Rio Jr. said in a press conference on Thursday.

Rio said a task force was created to establish a onestop shop that will process the issuance of permits to the tower providers.

The task force is composed of agencies related with the release of the permits such as the Department of the Interior and Local Government, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Department of Health, Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), among others.

The DICT has signed a memorandum of agreement with ISOC Infrastructures Inc. and Malaysia-based edotco Group Sdn Bhd

to expedite the process of securing permits for the common towers that will be shared to telcos to further improve the delivery of communication services in the country.

“The MOA binds the DICT to facilitate getting of permits for the common tower to set up,” Rio said.

Globe Telecom recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with ISOC and edotco to build 150 cell sites in the Calabarzon Region.

According to the MOU, ISOC and edotco will build and co-own the towers, which will be leased by Globe. These may eventually be leased out to other telcos such as PLDT Inc. and Mislatel.

The DICT expects the initial set of common towers to be constructed within the next five months.

“Maybe, the initial timeline for the first 150 towers, is from today to maybe two to three months for permits, then another two months for construction, maybe five months,” A total of 2,500 sites were identified by the DICT as the location for the cell towers.

BSP cuts TDF volume announcement lead time

MANILA -- The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) has shortened the lead time for announcements of term deposit facility (TDF) volume from seven days to only two days, effective July.

In an advisory Wednesday, the central bank said this adjustment was made “in response to the feedback received from BSP counterparties in previous consultations.”

“Thus, the TDF offer volumes per tenor for the auction scheduled on 3 July 2019 (Wednesday) will be posted on 1 July 2019 (Monday),” it said.

The BSP explained that this change is in line with efforts to enhance the conduct of the central bank’s monetary operations.

The shorter lead time, it said, will ensure “that auction volumes are based on latest information on market liquidity conditions.”

Among the issues raised by transport groups are the delay in the distribution of the cards and the legal documents required for operators to avail of the government’s fuel subsidy.

Northern Mindanao has more than 7,000 PUJs and about 50 percent of the operators have yet to avail of the “Pantawid Pasada,” the nationwide program launched by the Department of Transportation in August 2018 to help jeepney drivers and operators cope with the rising cost of fuel.

LTFRB-10 regional director Aminoden Guro said they are exerting efforts to have the fuel subsidy cards given to all the operators the soonest possible time.

The agency has partnered with the Land Bank of the Philippines for the distribution of the cards to the operators, who are expected to give a share of the fuel allocation to their drivers.

Each card, specific only to a particular jeepney unit, contains PHP5,000 worth of fuel which can only be used by the PUJ operators and their drivers.

Also printed on the card is the name of franchise holder, plate number of the PUJ, region where the franchise was issued, and card number.

Recently, the National Confederation of Transport Union (NCTU) regional chapter raised their concern to the LTFRB-10 that some of their members have not received their cards.

NCTU in Northern Mindanao has around 5,000 members.

In a meeting with NCTU regional coordinator Joel Gabatan on June 25, Guro explained the release of the cards is done by batches and that some of the NCTU members are in the fourth batch.

In an interview Wednesday, Gabatan said another issue that they want the LTFRB to look into is the policy of requiring old owners of PUJs to sign a special power of attorney (SPA) that will allow the new owners to avail of the fuel subsidy card.

But Gabatan said this has posed numerous problems especially to old PUJ owners who are no longer residing in the area, or those who

are simply not interested to sign the SPA considering that they have already sold their jeepney units to somebody else.

He said the new PUJ owners are put at a disadvantage since they cannot avail of the fuel subsidy card if the original owners are no longer around since they have moved to a new location or even to another country and cannot sign the SPA. Gabatan said the best way to hasten the distribution of the cards to the new owners is for the LTFRB to change the requirement from SPA to deed of sale.

“The deed of sale is proof enough that the PUJ has already been sold to the new owner,” he said.

For his part, Guro said his office is amenable to Gabatan’s suggestion as it would also help them speed up the release of the fuel subsidy cards.

That proposal is achievable, Guro said, provided the vendor and the vendee have their identification documents attached on the document together with their verified signatures.

The regional director said the identification and signatures of the concerned persons are very important as Land Bank has a strict policy of authenticating the identities of both parties before it could release the card.

Guro said that for 2019, the government will allocate a PHP25,000 fuel subsidy per PUJ unit, although there is no final agreement forged between the transportation department and Land Bank yet regarding the release timeline of the Pantawid Pasada program’s second wave. (PNA)

The EID survey noted that their participants are users of the social networking site.

The poll body last held mall voter registration in September 2018, where they accepted applications for registration from all applicants, including senior citizens, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and pregnant women.

The Comelec first introduced satellite registrations in malls in 2014.
