ISLAND PROVINCE OF CAMIGUIN: Residents in this island province were discouraged to travel outside the island while visitors and returning residents had to be processed before allowing them to move around the island. Provincial Governor Jurdin Jesus Romualdo, of Camiguin, said that the measure was part of the health protocol adopted by
the Provincial Inter-Agency Task Force (PIATF) effective May 23, 2021. He said that leaving the island is discouraged, but those who would travel must secure a resident card and travel clearance from the village (barangay). CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - The Land Transporrtation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) regional office 10, has launched yesterday, May 28, 13 Class II Modernized public utility jeepneys (PUJs). The official launching was attended by no less than LTFRB Regional Director Aminoden Guro and Mayor Oscar S. Moreno. Owned by the PN Roa Canitoan Transport Ser-
vice, the new modern PUJs were identified as the first OFG-compliant units of the cooperative. The 13 units will ply its existing route: Cogon Market to PN Roa and Calaanan Relocation.
