Two cops, four civilians hurt in CDO misencounter PLCOL Reynante Reyes, Cagayan de Oro City Police Office Officer-In-Charge confirmed that two policemen and 4 civilians were wounded in what was believed to be a “misencounter” in Brgy Puerto, Cagayan de Oro, on Thursday evening, May 30. Police report claimed that what happened at 6:40 PM in Brgy Puerto this city was a “misencounter” between two policemen.
