LTFRB okays opening of new taxi franchise in Oro C

AGAYAN de Oro City--The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has approved the opening of additional taxi franchise for several regions, including this city in Region 10, issuing guidelines that will regulate the application and operation of the new units.
