LUGAIT, Misamis Oriental-Residents in Barangay Upper Talacogon here were thankful to Mayor Zosimo A. Perez Jr. for bringing his BEBOT sa BarangayZerbisyo Ang Pinaka-una (ZAP) 2017, an outreach program.
