THE Go Duterte Go caravan was held last Sunday in Cagayan de Oro City as spearheaded by the People’s Movement for Continuity - MRRD NECC. A sudden flood affected about 500 houses in Tablon, east of Cagayan de City, as heavy rains in the neighboring towns of Bukidnon prompted rivers and creeks to swell that trigger a flash flood cascading down to the river tributaries in the city’s east and west coast that flooded houses near river banks early Monday morning.
