CAGAYAN de Oro City--To relieve vehicle congestion in downtown Caagayan de Oro, the city government will build a four-storey parking building in Divisoria, the city’s old center. And to inject discipline among motorists, Cagayan de Oro traffic czar Nonito Oclarit said that Divisoria will be stripped of parked vehicles and the vehicle
drivers-cum-owners would need to walk if they shop in the six-block Divisoria which stretches from Corrales to the east down to Burgos to the south. “Without parking in the narrow street sides of Tirso Neri and Abejuela, we can expect a smoother flow of rice is never fun, as the old traditional Filipino song goes, but Lt. Duterte said the money collected by the NPA from these companies is used to fund the operations of an organization that seeks to destroy the country. The President said he does not take as an excuse the alleged lack of security since the companies can hire jobless people as secuSee closure, page 11
