ILIGAN City--Another explosion occurred in Sultan Naga Dimaporo town in Lanao del Norte, around 10 p.m. Tuesday evening (February 5). This is the third explosion that happened in the province on the eve of the plebiscite in Lanao del Norte to decide the fate of the province's six municipalities to be included in the new Bangsamoro government.
At past 4 p.m. yesterday, an explosion occurred in Barangay Maranding, the business center of Lala town while the another blast occurred in Kauswagan town, minutes after. Lala is 60 kilometers apart from Kauswagan while Sultan Naga Dimaporo is around 20 kilometers from Lala. These three towns are not See BLAST, page 10

Solon to consult bike makers, engineers on safety issues
