CAGAYAN de Oro City-Candy Darimbang, the lone woman candidate for Cagayan De Oro City’s First Congressional District, is reportedly leading by about 500 votes in the “initial” unofficial revision of the contested 51 ballot boxes in 2016. A source who refused to be named for lack of authority said that the initial result involved only 25 percent of the contested ballot boxes, which the House of Representatives Electoral Reform (HRET) have the election returns revised from February 6 to February 9, 2018.
