A top-official of Cagayan de Oro City Police Office (Cocpo) has confirmed yesterday that there will be “No Bailbond” recommended for the arrest of the alleged large-scale swindler Mark Steven Freeman. A member of the City Council has revealed to the media this morning that the Ploutos Coin owner allegedly amassed over Fifty Million Pesos in cash and checks. City Councilor George Goking said he received reports that one of the investors had an investment of Fifty Million Pesos. The government executive, however, did not reveal the identity of the reported investor. Goking said over a local radio station here, that all he received were unverified reports and he has not known yet who among the businessmen in the city has
