KIDAPAWAN CITY -Chief Supt. Eliseo Tam Rasco, director of Police Regional Office 12 (Soccsksargen), on Thursday ordered police units under him to be more aggressive in fighting all lawless armed groups, particularly those disturbing peace in the region. PNP clears 4 persons of interest in church bombing

Albayalde to supervise preps for BOL polls in Lanao Norte By CHRISTOPHER LLOYD CALIWAN

MANILA -- Philippine National Police (PNP) Chief, Director General Oscar Albayalde, said Friday he will visit Lanao del Norte to personally check on security measures for the second Bangsamoro Organic Law (BOL) plebiscite on February 6. “I will personally go there and supervise security measures there. Countries offered help to quell terrorism in Mindanao –Palace DAYS after the deadly blasts that occurred at a church in Jolo, Sulu and a mosque in Zamboanga City, other nations have offered to help the Philippine government quell the growing terrorism network in the Mindanao region. Among those that offered assistance are the United Kingdom, Canada, the United States of America, China, and Russia. The offer came after
