CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: An alleged village official of the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region of Muslim Mindanao (BARMM) was wounded in a shooting in-

cident during a “drug buy bust” in upper Carmen here Saturday morning. The suspect was identified as Moamar Habib, also known as “Kabayo,” reportedly a village official of Maguing, Lanao del Sur,

part of the BARMM. His unidentified companion escaped and is now an object of a police manhunt. Authorities brought Habib to the city’s J. R. Borja General Hospital in Carmen, this city, for treat-
