NorMin transport coops await loan releases to operate

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY – Several transport cooperatives in Northern Mindanao that have switched to modern public utility vehicles (PUVs) are just waiting for the Land Bank

of the Philippines to release their loans before they can start operation. Once their loan applications are approved and released by the state-run Land Bank of the Philippines, the
