Thousands to attend LTFRB’s driving class By GERRY LEE GORIT Correspondent
CAGAYAN de Oro City-Local public utility drivers and operators here welcomed the initiative of the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) to reeducate them on the rules of the road and on their responsibility. About 20,000 drivers and operators in Northern Mindanao are expected to go back to driving class as the LTFRB-10 joined the agency’s nationwide launch of the Public Utility Drivers Academy Program (Pudap) on yesterday. Pudap, which is enacted through Executive Order 202, aims to enhance the participants’ driving skills while learning how to handle themselves while on the road, said LTFRB-10 regional director Aminoden Guro.
