Duterte extols Ozamiznons for standing up vs. tyranny OZAMIZ CITY- “Mabuhay ang nagsakripisyo ug katong mga taga-Ozamiz nga nitindog sa tyranny… (Long live to those who sacrificed and the people of Ozamiz who stood up against tyranny), “ was the message of President Rodrigo Duterte here during his visit to personally commend and recognized the efforts of the police force who fought against illegal drugs in this city.
