CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY: The suspect in the killing of the son of Cagayan de Oro City Mayor Rolando Uy vehemently denied the accusation saying he was incapable of committing the crime. Edgardo O Gaabucayan,59, of Lala, Lanao Del Norte, was charged with two counts of murder on the shooting to death of Roland Sherwin “Tawee” Uy, son of Mayor Uy, and Samuel Pabalan, 73, in a quarry site in Pagatpat, this city, on Nov. 21, 2021.
