Iligan exec urges PCSO to stop STL
ILIGAN City--Vice Mayor Jemar Vera Cruz on Monday urged the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) to stop the operations of Small Town Lottery (STL) here. Cruz made the appeal during the City Council’s regular session Monday attended by the representatives from the PCSO and the local STL operators. He reiterated that the city government of Iligan under Mayor Celso Regencia is opposed to the STL, under the 3A8M, the reported franchise holder of the STL in Iligan City.
