Duterte signs EO on Smoking Ban MANILA — Presidente Rodrigo Duterte signed on Thursday the executive order banning smoking in public places. “He signed it May 16 but we got [a] copy only today,” Health Secretary Paulyn Ubial said in a text message to Rappler on Thursday, May 18.

Koko: PDP Laban favors semipresidential federal government SENATE President Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III today said the Partido Demokratiko Pilipino Lakas ng Bayan (PDP Laban) wanted to introduce a semi-presidential system or a “hybrid parliamentary system” in the proposed federal government. “This is uniquely Filipino. We adopt the advantages

Jesus For All Nations celebrates 33 years Today, the Jesus For All Nations will celebrate its 33 years in obeying the Great Commission of our Lord Jesus Christ in sharing the good news of His death on the cross, to train people to live godly lives and to be a blessing to their community. This is a celebration to remember the year 1984 on how God started Jesus For All Nations Community and also to remember the victory of Jesus Christ on the cross which is the cutting-edge message of the pioneers.
