Duterte to talk with labor leaders today Leaders of the militant Kilusang Mayo Uno (KMU) and other labor groups here and the neighboring areas will join the scheduled dialogue with President Rodrigo R. Duterte in Davao City today (May 1) in line with the 115th Labor Day celebration. Gerie Lampitco, chief of the National Conciliation and Mediation Board in Region 12, said Friday local labor leaders confirmed in a meeting earlier this week that they would be participating in the dialogue. CAGAYAN de Oro City--The Bureau of Customs (BOC) in Northern Mindanao has turned over to the Philippine National Police (PNP) in Region 10 the imported fireworks that the agency seized earlier from a local port and with an estimated value of P15 million, a Customs official said yesterday.
