TAGOLOAN, Misamis Oriental--The Bureau of Customs, Collection District 10 (BOC-10), here, has issued a warrant of seizure and detention against a shipment consigned to Starling Trading, consisting supposedly of STC International Axle Tractor and Harley Davidson, among others, contained inside a 1x40 container van, at the Mindanao Container Terminal (MCT), here. BOC-10 acting district collector Atty. Ruby Claudia Alameda issued the warrant after the inspection on the cargo yielded undeclared and illegal shipment other than those declared, including firearms.
