Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) national chairperson Henrietta de Villa said she is hoping that politicians will have more maturity in dealing with each other. “Magpakatao ka! Makipagkapwa tao ka! Magkampanya ka ng wasto!” said de Villa. “Give due dignity to your person by conducting daily examination of conscience to realize that you were made in the image and likeness of God,” she said. In his remarks during the weekly flag raising ceremony at the capitol grounds, Gov. Emano urges capitol employees and the voting members of their families to choose whom to vote based on qualifications and their pro-development stance. “Vice President Binay is the most qualified of all the presidential candidates. He has shown his sincerity of helping our province in all our development efforts,” Gov. Binay said.
The Governor said Vice President Binay has consistently responded to calls for assistance from local officials as well as individuals from different towns of the province. “The election of Jojo Binay as President assures us of a direct access to Malacanang. This would facilitate our efforts for development and progress not only for Misamis Oriental, but also for the whole of Mindanao,” See supports, page A11
