The Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) has a new 24/7 hotline number, 1342, which the commuting public can call to report delinquent public utility vehicles (PUVs). All complaints pertaining to PUVs (e.g., arrogant drivers, defective taxi meters, hit and run incidents, reckless driving, etc.) will be entertained. The hotline is currently operational nationwide.
