The militiaman, identified as Rudy Ayuma, was reported to have been present with his brother during the New People’s Army attack over a month ago at Lantad, Balingasag. Ayuma’s borther, also a CAFGU regular, has remained missing since the attack. The NPA has blamed the military for the killing of Ayuma. Capt.
