AVAO City––Not a single clinic or hospital in Davao City has been authorized by the Department of Health (DOH) to conduct stem cell-based therapy or treatment. PRESIDENT B enigno Aquino III has suspended the release of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) until the results of the ongoing probe into the P10-billion ‘pork barrel’ scam is over. “Ang statement ni [Budget] Sec.
