BUKIDNON Province–– Members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF) in Bukidnon province here in Northern Mindanao have sent surrender feelers to local authorities with a declaration of withdrawal from the MNLF organization under founding chairman Nur Misuari. Malitbog town Vice Mayor Gary Casino said the MNLF members who wanted to surrender are
from Abiyawan, Malitbog town in the Province of Bukidnon. Casino clarified that the MNLF members who wanted to surrender were not, in any way, involved in the Zamboanga standoff. Casino said the MNLF members here in Malitbog just wanted to clear their names from any involvement of the MNLF under the Misuari faction. See FACTION/p.11
