pple Tree Resort and Hotel’s SHORE-BREAKS Skim boarding Competition successfully kicked off May 20-21, 2017.
Now on its third year, SHOREBREAKS successfully returned and gathered enthusiasts, hobbyists, and professional skimboarders from different municipalities in Northern Mindanao and the CARAGA region with 3 different categories: Kids, Advance, and Masters). 38 official participants, 21 for the Kids Category, 8 for Advance Category and 9 for Masters competed for RJ Edrozo, a Professional Skim-boarder from Opol announced as the 2nd Runner the title as the Ultimate Up (Rank 3) for Masters Category Shore-Breakers in the
most exciting Skimboarding event by far in the region. THANKS to a new chef with two decades of foreign experience trailing behind, Limketkai Luxe Hotel will have a halalcertified kitchen soon. Bringing with him memories of 20 years chef stint in Dubai and Riyadh, executive chef Bienvenido Chavez had immediately befriended the Muslim patrons of the hotel’s flagship KaVe Restaurant.
