ROUND 160 new licensed real estate brokers and real estate appraisers took their oath last Sunday at N Hotel. The new passers were all graduates of Red October Educational and Training Center. They included three topnotchers for the real estate appraisal exam – No. 2 topnotcher Jeno Un and No. 9 topnotchers Edwin delos Santos and Dynnith Suaberon. Red October Educational and Training Center prides itself as being consistently the number one review center in Mindanao for both real estate broker and real estate appraisal licensure exams. Founded in 2011 in Cagayan de Oro City, it now has branches in the cities of Manila, oath/PAGE 7
