A LAWMAKER blamed the top officials of the National Food Authority (NFA) and the Department of Agriculture (DA) for their failure to control the price increases on agricultural and poultry products. Rep. Neri Colmenares of the progressive group Bayan Muna also blamed President Benigno Aquino III for al-

lowing price manipulators to spike the prices of rice, garlic, ginger, chicken, and pork.
