Opol to strengthen water system, health, environment, education, taxation, services By GERRY LEE GORIT

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY - The local government unit of Opol in Misamis Oriental has began implementing a program called WHEELS for the development of the municipality. WHEELS stand for water system, health, environment, education, local taxation and sectoral services. Opol Mayor Maximino B. Seno said the program has taken off and that the

municipality is on its way to delivering the benefits for the people especially the poor and marginalized. Seno said they are aiming for self-sufficiency in water and that a company is already looking for a source to supply bulk water exclusively to the residents of Opol.
